Fun, collaborative, normal but unique, driven
I sincerely like everyone. What they might lack in experience they more than make up for with a hard core work ethic and smarts.
Been seeing a conflict whenever there are teams made up of people from the US and Israel. It might be culture clash or burnout causing people to have less patience and resentment. If the company optimized and dealt with the burnout culture, employees might actually start being nice again.
For the most part my team is very professional and operates effectively. However the company is very process-driven and doesn’t allow for flexibility. From a social perspective, there is an issue with inclusivity and generally being open and welcomin
