The company is very invested in cultivating talent.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Almost all employees at Yotpo work hard and very passionate about their jobs. They want to do a good job. But sometimes Yotpo shows preference to Israelis, men, toxic personalities. If Yotpo is serious about becoming a global force, they should stop being exclusive and rewarding bad actors

Everyone I work with is scared of being fired out of the blue lately.
