- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Invest in the product so that the customer-facing teams aren't constantly having to face unhappy customers. Let the product live up to the marketing.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Almost all employees at Yotpo work hard and very passionate about their jobs. They want to do a good job. But sometimes Yotpo shows preference to Israelis, men, toxic personalities. If Yotpo is serious about becoming a global force, they should stop being exclusive and rewarding bad actors
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Been seeing a conflict whenever there are teams made up of people from the US and Israel. It might be culture clash or burnout causing people to have less patience and resentment. If the company optimized and dealt with the burnout culture, employees might actually start being nice again.
