Yotpo started to offer multiple products over the years so it's understandable that it's a complex company to run. There's a lack of clear prioritization and it's the reason so many people complain about the workload. Yotpo definitely wants people to work more and harder, not smarter.

Been seeing a conflict whenever there are teams made up of people from the US and Israel. It might be culture clash or burnout causing people to have less patience and resentment. If the company optimized and dealt with the burnout culture, employees might actually start being nice again.

Almost all employees at Yotpo work hard and very passionate about their jobs. They want to do a good job. But sometimes Yotpo shows preference to Israelis, men, toxic personalities. If Yotpo is serious about becoming a global force, they should stop being exclusive and rewarding bad actors

Less interviews and not making the assignment essentially be free work that candidates do for the company

Invest in the product so that the customer-facing teams aren't constantly having to face unhappy customers. Let the product live up to the marketing.
