Our leadership fosters an open environment for discussing new ideas. We continuously evolve based on team feedback, which allows us to implement efficient processes that benefit everyone.

I always emphasize the importance of team collaboration because without a team the work can't be done efficiently. That's what makes this environment positive. The ability to work with one another openly.

What makes me most happy at work is growing personally and professionally but not only that watching other grow both personally and professionally. 2020 Companies provides us with the opportunity to do so.

Management was very good at explaining what the role entailed, surveying me to highlight my skills, highlighting growth opportunities, and explaining why we would be a good fit for one another. The onboarding process was a smooth process as well.

Based on majority of our sales/ recruiting team were able to make our base income and particularly based on performance were able to receive commission earning. Based on these metrics were able to foster an environment that promotes hard work and based on that were able to surpass a base income.
