Contract work so full time at a client site but they do a good job trying to maintain a sense of positive company culture

Good middle management but as a third party company, you need to be aware going in that you will always be under paid. Even vice presidents are going to make less than first party employees. The level to which an employee must climb to be paid comfortably is unobtainable for most.
