After 10 years of staying home with my children, I was nervous about re-entering the workforce. But the only place I wanted to work was at Ramsey Solutions, so I just 'went for it'. We look for opportunities to praise each other and publicly recognize achievements, life events, and milestones. It's also not uncommon to find a handwritten note on my desk or to have lunch with other team members in our onsite cafeteria every day. We seek to build each other up - NOT tear down.

These people are not my competition - they are truly here to help me, answer my questions, lean in and work TOGETHER to solve problems, and they care DEEPLY about the work we get to do. They also care about who I am outside of work and they know me and my family. Best people I've ever worked with!
