What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat everyone equally and with respect.
If you are not 100% in alignment with what they believe, and not just with money, then you are 100% out. If you express any issues or emotions about being stressed or unhappy they take that as your resignation. You are severely overworked and underpaid unless you are in leadership or upper sales.
