People celebrate each others victories in their personal and professional lives.
Negatives go up to leadership while positives go down to the employees from leadership. We have a no gossip policy in place.

We look for opportunities to praise each other and publicly recognize achievements, life events, and milestones. It's also not uncommon to find a handwritten note on my desk or to have lunch with other team members in our onsite cafeteria every day. We seek to build each other up - NOT tear down.
Everyone is a team. Everyone is family. We do fun things together as a company and as teams.
