What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a thorough process.
The company really tries to make sure candidates understand what they are signing up for. There is a huge focus on culture and culture fit.
I like how thorough HR and leadership are with vetting potential employees. Several interviews are required including a spousal interview at the end of the process.
The interviewer was very calm and made the interview comfortable.
