That we have benefits, our high insurance costs are somewhat unaffordable.

I feel like employee reviews should happen more often and individual based performances should lead to raises and promotions.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We are excited to share that our new Performance Evaluation process now provides two formal review cycles each year, including the opportunity to be considered for a merit increase during your mid-year review.

Everyone is remote, so it's fun to get to know other great people across the country that I wouldn't normally have had the opportunity to if we were all in the same office.

Really down-to-earth people work in each department. Everyone is kind and approachable.

The people on my team are smart and great problem-solvers.

They are hard-working and fun! We have a good time while at work - the hours fly by.

We proactively reach out to one another to help out. Someone is always just a phone call or a chat away.

This is a very rewarding career and company. I am told that I am appreciated, even for the little things.

We all left that the work was slowing down no one was open and honest about the large layoffs in the company. Shouldn't a company let employees that are calling candidates and talking with clients know how the company is doing without 1st seeing it on social media when many employees are laid off
