That we have benefits, our high insurance costs are somewhat unaffordable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like employee reviews should happen more often and individual based performances should lead to raises and promotions.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is remote, so it's fun to get to know other great people across the country that I wouldn't normally have had the opportunity to if we were all in the same office.
Really down-to-earth people work in each department. Everyone is kind and approachable.
The people on my team are smart and great problem-solvers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We all left that the work was slowing down no one was open and honest about the large layoffs in the company. Shouldn't a company let employees that are calling candidates and talking with clients know how the company is doing without 1st seeing it on social media when many employees are laid off
