The culture of 360 is different than anywhere else that I have worked throughout my professional career as it is a supportive, open and honest but at the same time very professional and growth-minded in a healthy way.

Remote yet easy to get in touch with people.

I know there are people I can speak to in confidence. If I want to talk through something and I'm not ready to do it with my manager or supervisor, I can go to our HR team for support and guidance.
