I have been with 360 for about 6 months total so far and every day brings a new interesting challenge. Everyone cares and is truly supportive of each other. I have already recruited another friend to work here.

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at 360 is the collaborative and supportive atmosphere and the fun remote work.

Seeing how happy our clients are with their new candidates and how excited and happy the candidates are with their new jobs.

Interacting with co-workers is always fun, creative and positive. The annual strategy sessions are amazing and I look forward to seeing leadership face to face again soon.

The culture of 360 is different than anywhere else that I have worked throughout my professional career as it is a supportive, open and honest but at the same time very professional and growth-minded in a healthy way.
