The PICU in the Legacy Tower is one of the most hostile environments I have ever worked in. Management is aware of the issues and states they have been working on changing the culture for several years. The turn over is high due to the culture of the unit.

The Critical Care differential is great but I see why it is so high for the Main Campus. It is a great incentive to work there. It is the only incentive to work there.
