Texas Children's Hospital Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They will listen to your your concerns.

Like my manager but leadership was not helpful to me either

My manager has been very supportive of my efforts.

outwardly they put on a great show

Very successful organization and still going.

They’re visible and compassionate to employe

Minimal compliments here. Very out of tune in some areas.

Inspirational, considerate and approachable individuals.

Respectable, team centric focus and vision to plan for the future.

Review from Operations Dept

Best place to work with. Amazing team!

Review from Operations Dept

Very innovative, caring, and strong

Review from Operations Dept

They always seem to lead in a way that puts the community first

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop creating tension and doing umprofessional approaches.

Clean house of the overpaid leadership and rid yourself of the toxic game of thrones environment.

The leadership team needs to address the issues going on within the unit or they will continue to have a low retention rate, high turn over, and inadequate staffing.

Learn people skills, retain your talent and work at valuing people and middle managers

Executive leadership is not accountable and they don't do anything to hold their leaders accountable. Instead, they enable extremely,y poor, abusive behaviors which fly in the face of what they claim to be. How can they claim to care for mothers and children when they treat women employees so poorly

They take from the employees income while they enjoy their bonuses of thousands of dollars. P3s (employee bonuses) are just a pittance while the leadership enjoys P3s AND bonuses - shameful!

My assistant director and director have no idea what they are doing

Consistency-- our managers always want to try new ideas, but they, themselves, rarely keep up with them.
