What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Transparency, true care about the team and individuals, willingness to operate cross-functionally.

Been tryong to increase moral but it is uneffective.

Clean house again in the marketing department; get a executive leader who understands how a marketing team should be run; get one who leads by example and isn't afraid to hold others accountable despite their own personal aspirations. DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS

It's great to hire with diversity in mind, but if those people are looked over for opportunities and have no voice - are you really making an impact on the culture? There is an inner circle that is never penetrated by people of color, males and LGBT, we are there but just for show.

Hire appropriately trained people to care for patients. Value the advanced training colleagues have.

Consistency overall, especially from the managers, and constant communication to make sure everyone is in agreement of plans and actions.
