What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not having someone that has difficult personalities. Someone who is professional and having a unprofessional behavior.
Teach leaders how to pay attention and show interest in the candidates they hire. Teach them how to stop multitasking in front of candidates while they interview them. Teach them not to profile candidates before they hire them and stop making excuses about hiring people who don't look like them.
