I think everyone is super smart and hardworking, but I'm seeing more negativity and burnout in recent months. I still believe in the mission, our leadership, and know they care, but I think people are continuing to work harder, not smarter. Will be a crucial point to continue optimizing and caring

The thoughtfulness and preparation that goes into every announcement and decision. It is so refreshing to know that we have plans and the context is so important to have the understanding to get behind decisions.

Thoughtful rollouts and context in delivering news, making smart decisions to make sure that we are investing in the right areas to grow the business and make sure we don't have layoffs in a tough time

Always learning and pushing - so much value that you can provide at any level at any time and no one is holding you back from that. Everyone wants you and this company to be successful

There is always something to learn and be a part of - im looking to run and i love that i always have the opportunity to build things, move quickly, and feel supported in that process. My manager is also very good at helping me prioritize so im not spinning my wheels
