I don't feel I am undervalued, I just feel the benefits, especially the health insurance, could be better and more affordable. Would like some things like the education reimbursements to extend to non-clinical employees.

We are a team. We work hand in hand to get things done. It is not just someone dictating and other following. Each employee has a real voice that is encouraged to share ways to make things better.

They are not just focused on showing up doing the job and checking out. They each go above and beyond to make sure we doing the best for the company as well as the patients and communities we serve.

The ability to work from home. Being a remote worker allows me to work for a great company but not have to deal with the commute. It allows me to live in a more rural area that we love and still work at a large company with all the benefits.
