We've experienced really huge growth and that brings a lot of changes - it hasn't always been easy and I've honestly struggled quite a bit here and there. But the most important things to me are working on a growing product with people who I like and that's still the case.

We're encouraged to be ourselves and shape our own team culture. I moved from Support to Marketing and was worried about losing the camaraderie you get on a customer-facing team but that hasn't been the case.

The benefits that we're offered continue to expand and evolve - we're all working from home now, so we get a stipend each quarter to help deck out our work spaces. There are offerings for wellness and mental health, continued learning, and resource groups galore.

Leadership has never wavered on our mission - to provide best in class marketing tools to small and medium businesses. I've been with ActiveCampaign for four and a half years and that mission has not changed, even though our product continues to grow in sophistication.
