The company's core values are real, not just aspirational. People live them every day. They come from the top and not the Marketing department.

Quarterly bonuses. We don't have to wait for an annual bonus to know that we and the company are doing well. I wish other companies did this instead of forcing folks to wait to be rewarded which can be used as a tactic to stave off attrition.

The team practises Conscious Leadership and it shows. I've never seen a more stable group of executives. Their decisions and the communication of them are all done so thoughtfully. It's unusual to see such a strong cohort of folks collaborating and supporting one another the way this team does.
