I spoke with a handful of cross-functional team members I would be working closely with, had plenty of time to get a feel for the culture and ask all my questions, and felt very welcomed.

Work is very fast paced and challenging. There is no shortage of growth projects to work on, and opportunities to add value. And we have a ton of fun working toward our goals together through frequent team prizes/awards and activities.

I feel incredibly supported by the leadership team, which has made benefits like a paid subscription to the Calm app, a quarterly WFH stipend, and access to career coaching and therapy sessions available to all employees. I also feel like my manager actively supports my professional development.
