we're still in hypergrowth, which makes it feel chaotic at times. however, I do think that our exec team is putting us on the right path for future success, I feel more confident in them than I felt with previous teams.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience at Algolia and I have great confidence that the company is continuing to succeed. I am a bit exhausted though since we've been in hyper-growth mode for the entire 3 years I've been here.

I love that we have more women in executive positions, it's shown that Algolia has worked on creating and hiring a diverse field.

I'm grateful that Algolia took care of us during the height of the pandemic and has taken health & safety seriously. There are a variety of backgrounds & experience that make up the team
