Low quality for the job they're given. Have no business being a 'Senior' of anything. I end up doing most of their job as well.

We understand that we are leaders in our zone, but also grapple with the fact that we're precarious leaders who could be unseated from that position if we grow complacent. There is a strong desire to continue to win.

More commitment to the company. Engineers are super entitled. Not everything revolves around them.

Communication across organizations is broken. There isn't enough trust amongst the teams and the executive leadership team doesn't do enough to help that problem.

No clear indication of how to improve as a person. Management is taking direction from a CRO who seemingly doesn't understand the entire world is going through economic difficulties.
This is an unrealistic binary question. There is no job that I would be excited to do everyday under late-stage capitalism. There is nothing the company can do about this.
