Transparency and openness; I appreciate that Bernadette gives the value training herself and is always very approchable, tries to remember everyone's name. Similar experience with several execs when coming to the Paris office.

People are smart, hard working and willing to learn, grow, and support everyone on the team. We are really customer obsessed and always trying to find the best solution for the customer, which create a high sense of trust at the end of the road.
