Amazon's 401k match is lackluster - and not competitive. The internal inequity when an Amazonian is promoted to a new level compared to an external is also defeating.

My coworkers need to be held accountable to the same productivity expectations. There is a lack of self service within Amazon amongst new hires that is troublesome.

I'm empowered to make the best decisions on behalf of my clients and candidates. Week over week my manager asks what can be done to help me be successful, I appreciate their leadership style to break things down into actionable portions and build off successes.

Communicate more frequently the why, apply LEAN methodologies to the remote workforce, and shadow once a quarter to learn what the rank and file teams do on a day over day basis. Look at the tools we use, short cuts we find and layers of policies that add to our daily challenges to get the job done
