Communicate more frequently the why, apply LEAN methodologies to the remote workforce, and shadow once a quarter to learn what the rank and file teams do on a day over day basis. Look at the tools we use, short cuts we find and layers of policies that add to our daily challenges to get the job done

Lack of focus on key LP: Hire and Develop the Best. It is assumed by leadership everyone is falling over each other to work at Amazon. They are not - at least they are not any longer. Hiring practices are not scaled and no investment is made in interviewer systems/practices.

Promote more from within, I have seen contracts convert at higher levels than those in Blue Badge roles. Also, need to have full benefit coverage. I have spent a lot out of pocket with health insurance this past year.
