Better base rates Paid on more insurances like compeitiors. Better paying Commission structure Better insurance (an employee of ours who had our company's insurance needed home health amd had to go to a competitor because she could not afford our services....that should tell how bad it is
Poor leadership, no support, company promises things that never happen. They overlook BD amd what they bring to the table. Basically no raises for BD. They would rather loose successful reps than increase their base. Poor communication between sales ans OPS. But no one will hold OPS accountable
Some of the co-workers. Most of the employees that are in the field seeing patients or getting the business are amazinf employees and people. The company causes them to leave or stop caring. It is sad that after COVID we still treat our clinicans and field staff (BD) this way.
