What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about their employees. They promote personal growth and support you on that journey. They eximiplfy caring for our people in how they care for each employee as family.
They care about the team and the patients
Typical corporate structure. There are pros and cons.
I like my leadership team. It is composed of dedicated and caring people whom try to accommodate and meet the needs of the employees and their families.
They listen and are supportive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everytime i would do soc what i chose from the patient they corrected and i went to higher assessment thet corrected thar too

Value their EMPLOYEE. Never let an employee face HR and management alone. Be Represented. HR Judging an employee on the basis of how one explains oneself not through his native tongue is so not EEO.
Literally everything. Especially ethical issues
Treating clinical staff like they are valued
Follow through with what they say they are going to do, increase base and a better commission structure. Look at the sales team as am asset. Learn that just because a process has been used "forever" does not mean it is still effective or efficient. Create some standard processes across centers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to save with Amedisys 401K to save for my future and above average compensation as a RN that allows me to care for my family as well as 6 paid holidays.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was not paid for monday or tuesday before getting paid

To be able to go home without having to work at home. Pay does not come close to rejecting the actual amount if time spent working

Better base rates Paid on more insurances like compeitiors. Better paying Commission structure Better insurance (an employee of ours who had our company's insurance needed home health amd had to go to a competitor because she could not afford our services....that should tell how bad it is
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work directly with a small team that genuinely cares about me and my family. Our team supports each other in all aspects and makes working each day meaningful with the goal of providing excellent patient care and caring for our people.
Excellent skill level all striving to best serve our clients
Very informative and concise. New things to learn all the time which makes it fun and interesting.
We are close and concerned about one another. Clear communication.

Everyone looks out for themselves. You can be written up for something someone says you did - no investigation, no getting your side. It is absolutely ridiculous that any company this soze would be run the way it is.

Our care center is welcoming and very fair.
The car center team is like a family.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Invest more in the employees that bring in the business and that see the patients. Keep those employees happy, supported and compensated well and the business will grow. Better benefits (Healthcare employee should not have bad and expensive health insurance Keep our centers properly staffed.
Better communication and understanding between office manager and DOO and staff in the road

Hire more staff and train them for the hospital and not overwork and under pay those who are trained to work in the hospital
What did you like most about the interview process?
They said their expection but did say thani would be traveling 500 miles

During the intweview process i was kept up to date of the status. I apoke to the recruited followed by the department leader. Prior to receiving an offer I had a call with the team I wpuld work with to both answer and ask questions about the role applying for.
Interview and on boarding process made me feel like they wanted me to be part of the team. It was very laid-back

It just took forever. It should not take 6 weeks to get hired. It is not a C-Level role

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor leadership, no support, company promises things that never happen. They overlook BD amd what they bring to the table. Basically no raises for BD. They would rather loose successful reps than increase their base. Poor communication between sales ans OPS. But no one will hold OPS accountable

Customers having my private phone number. A company provides phone would enable faster communication between employees and patients. Moderate growth and increase staffing. Terminate administrators , clinical directors who have failed to learn their expected duties.
