The leadership team cares about their employees. They promote personal growth and support you on that journey. They eximiplfy caring for our people in how they care for each employee as family.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everytime i would do soc what i chose from the patient they corrected and i went to higher assessment thet corrected thar too

Value their EMPLOYEE. Never let an employee face HR and management alone. Be Represented. HR Judging an employee on the basis of how one explains oneself not through his native tongue is so not EEO.

Literally everything. Especially ethical issues

Treating clinical staff like they are valued

Follow through with what they say they are going to do, increase base and a better commission structure. Look at the sales team as am asset. Learn that just because a process has been used "forever" does not mean it is still effective or efficient. Create some standard processes across centers.

Acknowledge burnout in nurses on the local level

- Honesty with internal customers - Balancing growth with adequate staffing - A more competitive benefits package - Communication and understanding between Account executives and medical staff - compensating salaried employees for excessive work hours - decrease potential CMS fraud
