There is 0 work/life balance. Nurses see patients up to and after the end of the work day, then go home to chart, do additional documentation such as idt notes, and mandatory training. There are no policies that define or establish what work life balance is, one thing is said another is done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be able to go home without having to work at home. Pay does not come close to rejecting the actual amount if time spent working
