Have customer service representatives that attempt to resolve problems such as MISSING EMAILS, EMAIL ATTACHMENTS THAT DON'T OPEN rather that asking numerous questions regarding use of e-mails on phones (don't use as a primare); instead I use AOL GOLD - the PREMIER access either by Desktop or Laptop

Customer service is totally incompetent.

I have been with AOL since the early beginning of the Internet and have had an overall great experience. AOL provides many additional services and I have yet to use them have all, but the ones I have used have proven very useful and helful.

Customer service for faster results

Representatives are professional but cannot complete the task. Call back is standard term and routine answers given. Issue in obtaining password - cannot obtain emails in over 2 weeks!
