Overall experience has been a mix of both positive and frustrating. More frustrating for the lack of growth conversations, poor communication between teams, no real plan. Understanding that every manager has to manage their team and meet their own goals but there is an imbalance.

Yearly increases on the base, not just when you hit promotions (based on performance of course)- Newer teams havent been given the tools and resources to grow as other teams have

Ability to join additional trainings, panels, l&d, D&I initiatives. Hybrid has been postiive although for some its been an option so having more of a flex approach for all would be even better.
