  • I'm racking my brain thinking what we could change culturally at Azul? Our communications are open and often, but probably could be even better? Better interdepartmental communications (ex. Sales and Engineering) could improve. The Azul culture is one that is very collaborative, respectful and driven, so not much to complain about here...

  • Be absolutely crystal clear on sales territories and quota achievement, and change them very infrequently.
