I believe that work loads are manageable as long as there is no stress from people. Except for a few senior managers in the company that are known to be rude and disrespectful to others, Bank of Hope is well-staffed with professional and knowledgeable bankers. I am happy to be working at BOH.

I feel lucky to have team members that are always willing to work with each other, offering their time and assistance when possible. They are also open to share new knowledge and acknowledge others' achievements which fosters teamwork mentality.
