Transition to Teller has been smooth thanks to my helpful and patient coworkers, I don't feel as if I am a burden while learning the Teller position. Everybody makes you feel comfortable and welcomed!

The company itself is fantastic and has great benefits, The pay isnt the best out there but its adequate enough to afford low income rent. Corporate seems nice and they understand the goals needed to advance the bank. Work environment does not make it worth the time or money,

Suggestions are seen as complaints, Accountability throughout the company is not professional. Also most of your seniors will talk to you in a degrading manner.

Helping everyone as much as I possibly can and knowing I did everything I could to make others jobs easier, No matter how much ive been trained for it or not.

The company Bank of Hope is fantastic and help make days easier but in a small environment that every action is scrutinized is not a way to have an even remotely happy work environment.
