They are slow to hire. I had a lot of interviews, but that did give me a great opportunity to meet with a good amount of people. That helped me decide if I was a good fit.

They truly pour into/invest in their employees. I have been with the company 1.5 years and I have grown so much as a person and in my role because of their investment in me. I trust my leadership team in the decisions they make.
