What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel it is a very fair and equitable compensation plan. It is reviewed annually and updates provided.

We get an annual "wellness" allowance of $1600. This can be used towards anything we deem as wellness such as a gym membership, mani/pedi, a new desk, monitors, etc.

Base + fair commission paid. Benefits are generous. We don't have stock options but we have 401K contributions and that's fair and equitable!

Willing to jump in and help when needed. Cheer each other on to meet goals and objectives both personal and professional.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all step up to the demands and changes needed. You don't feel you are doing more than your teammates. Everyone helps when something is needed and we have a NO GOSSIP policy. I love it!

I honestly don't remember as I'm a long time employee. I know the process has become rigorous. I recall have multiple interviews, about 4, and thinking there was never going to be a decision made!
