What did you like most about the interview process?
The communication was very thorough
I liked getting to meet the team I would be working with -- it showed me that they cared to be sure that I was a good fit.
Meeting multiple people and interviewing them as well as being interviewed
They really got to know you. It wasn't only about the skills you had, but they really put a lot of time and effort into finding out whether you were the right fit for the culture. Though the interview process was long, it made me really respect their hiring process.

The opportunity to interview with multiple team members and get a 360 degree understanding of the company and role I was interviewing for. Also, I found those I interviewed with to be very transparent about the responsibilities of the role, as well as the leader I would be working for.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Need to have professional HR
For one, why is the interview process through chat setting and not through video chat. That makes it so impersonal and detached.
