
How friendly the manager who interviewed was and how professional the atmosphere was
I think every problem stems from the leadership at our location. He needs to change drastically from the way he has been operating our location or be removed from his position.
For the most part we raise each other up and support one another. The general manager makes things difficult and we never have team meetings, which causes us to "stick together" in a way.
The general manager needs to learn the importance of team building and attitude adjustment. He often mentions leaving Ra and wanting to work somewhere else, which hurts the work environment for the employees. Either he changes his outlook, or I believe they should go in a different direction.
