The way the managers sleep with subordinates and play favorites needs to change. They also never order enough supplies for the restaurant and then we have to deal with unhappy customers. The managers could careless and don't help us deal with or solve every day problems .

Better source of human resources. Adequate training
There has been times where they scheduled me for busser but never gave me my tips but everyone else thats bussing gets paid all their tips. I was a dishwasher not a busser.

I don't get any kind of compensation and benihana is actively stealing my money at the end of every night. I didn't make a single dollar tonight in tips and the managers boyfriend made 700 dollars in tips.

The general manager needs to learn the importance of team building and attitude adjustment. He often mentions leaving Ra and wanting to work somewhere else, which hurts the work environment for the employees. Either he changes his outlook, or I believe they should go in a different direction.

It was a long process, turns out most of what was said was a lie
It was a very fast interview. Which should have been a red flag because the only reason it was fast is because i had an experience and a great resume, but alos because they were very understaffed.
