Better training so that management is stressed and putting their stress onto employees

Communication and dumping the food off the plates and put dishes where they go to make the dishwashers job easier.

Litterally we do jot have a leadship team. We have under qualified morons running around doing nothjng

The way the managers sleep with subordinates and play favorites needs to change. They also never order enough supplies for the restaurant and then we have to deal with unhappy customers. The managers could careless and don't help us deal with or solve every day problems .

Making an effort to get to know their staff without disrespect

Listening to the servers and respecting us as human beings who deserve to feel safe at work.

They need to learn how to delegate things. Too many people get to stand around and do nothing. While the good workers run around and get tired very fast.

Through management! Management bullies employees calling them slow and saying they have a learning disability. Management being rude to customers. The employees aren't so bad. They deal with the unprofessionalism pretty well because they dont want to be fired.
