It was a long process, turns out most of what was said was a lie
It was a very fast interview. Which should have been a red flag because the only reason it was fast is because i had an experience and a great resume, but alos because they were very understaffed.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They could hire people who are qualified and not just hire females they think are good looking.
More communication. No one even let me know i was hired, i just received onboarding paperwork. Weird.
Hire peopel at least not lazy, responsible their job please

They have managers interviewing for chefs and they cant even cook fried rice how are they supposed to know the standards
