So far it has been a pretty positive experience, executive team as well as the company overall are working pretty hard towards making a great product. As for improvement, some of us could deliver better if there was a better feedback loop/interaction across teams.

Our team is filed with team players. Most are working towards a collaborative goal to succeed as a Team. Individually as well, most of my co-workers are pretty skilled & capable which helps in having a high performing team without much politics.
