I like that they welcome innovation and creativity. They also listen to their employees, and have an open door policy.

I like that they have a gym, and that they offer free breakfast on Tuesdays and free lunch on Fridays. That is really convenient! Also, the fact that I can email the executives with ideas with out being shamed for it is really cool.

My team is really cool because we all understand in order to win that we need to work together. There is a lot of collaboration and I really like that about working with a team. They are super helpful and are willing to push it to the next level.

What makes me most happy is knowing that my role is needed and that I am making an impact. I am happy about coming to work everyday to do what I am passionate about. I love the work that I do and I like that I can do what I love everyday.
