  • Morale is low. New CEO doesn't understand marketing, doesn't value it, and doesn't give clear direction. I'm looking for a new job.

  • I often have to work more than 60 hours per week to keep up with the workload. We are being asked to do more but with less budget and fewer people. We have lost momentum and morale has declined since the changes in executive leadership earlier in 2017.

  • I regularly work 70-80 hours per week.

  • I agree with everything that was commented above.

  • Andy Feinberg recently promoted several people who haven't achieved goals in over three years, but were politically aligned with him.

  • New CEO, Andy Feinberg, is the former company attorney. The most important thing to him is politics. He is promoting people who have worked for him for years, have not made their numbers in many quarters, but are loyal to Andy. He is eroding confidence among employees, and destroying Brightcove's former great culture.

Our new CEO, Marc DeBevoise, started in Q1 2022 and has been a customer of Brightcove in the past and he is very engaging. He is also realistic and I look forward to hearing from him.

  • The recently installed CEO talks about "breakout growth" It is difficult to see how this will be possible in its current form. Morale is not good and I expect a very different Brightcove in a few months.
