My work group was built by carefully hiring people who have very differing and strong areas of expertise. We all stay in our own lanes but complement each other's work and we often pull together as a team to get the job done. I also appreciate the diversity and unique perspectives.

The engineers are brilliant, but they don't expect you to be an expert at what they do too. The environment is casual and friendly. If someone is passionate about a charitable activity, they receive support and encouragement from the company to organize a fund-raiser.
