The sector and company values are something that is important to me. How this is put into practice at a site level is very disappointing. SLT do not have a realistic view of how the business functions and only rely on the opinions of a few. Promotions are often based on personality, not knowledge.

No care from management about improving processes or looking after mental health. People are not promoted based on subject knowledge. People at higher levels are too far removed from the day to day and don't seem to be invested in finding out the truth and reality of the situation
