Super hard-working, intelligent, experienced, ethical people who are always accessible and approachable.

A single, uniform direction for all departments. The rest of the executive team can come together and tackle a problem, but the CEO will barge in the office and change direction based on how much sleep he got the night before.
They need to stop putting lazy childish as manager.

Convirza is known for lowballing. On average, 20% below market value.
We have been known to pay below market value. We also have been known to increase salaries faster than other companies when we find a super star. And we love our super stars.

Team is dedicated and works hard. Mistakes happen but the team solves them and learns.
Each team member is given appropriate amounts of discretion to do their jobs and accomplish organizational goals. Lots of fun to work with.

We can go from zero to party zone in a matter of minutes ... and then back to heads down and hard at work again in no time.
The company environment could be amazing, but unfortunately, some of the manager in charge are not team players and don't care about anythin

The company has been losing customers and attriting profits since 2015.
We acquired CallSource's media business in 2015 and found migrating these customers difficult. Our product launch was delayed which increased the problem. This would be a difficult experience for an employee. We didn't give up. We are overcoming this
I used to love convirza and come to work every day but, unfortunately, because of bad management good people left and the bad ones stay.
